HSBC SUCKS.

This time HSBC really pissed me off.

I got no money on me, so I found a cafe with WIFI to transfer money to my HSBC euro account through internet. System is down. I ask Louise in Taiwan to call HSBC, they just told me that there's nothing they can do. FUCK THEM. This is not the first time I can't use their service when I need it. It also happens in Denmark. Well, actually also in Germany.

1. In Denmark, my card is rejected because I don't have a pincode. I contacted them to set a pincode. They told me cards in Taiwan got no pincode. They told me that some clients complained for this before. They told me nothing when I apply for this card. I told them very clearly I'm going to europe, even told them the countries I'll pass by. There are clients complained before and they just hide the truth.

2. They told me I can make collect call to them from all over the world. That's a lie. I've tried in Russia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and France. It didn't work.

3. They told me I can ask HSBC in Germany to relay the phone call to HSBC in Taiwan. So I called HSBC in Germany. HSBC in Germany just told me it's impossible.

4. In France, I need to transfer money through internet but the system is not working. I contacted them and they told me they are maintaining. They don't have a back up system, and they didn't inform me, not even an email. Actually, if I didn't contact them, there's no way I can know they are during maintainance. And even more stupid, they maintain the phone banking system and the internet banking system at the same time!!

I'll send the record of the phone calls to consumer's foundation. And also I'll tell the stories to magazines and newspapers in Taiwan.

Finally. DON'T TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH HSBC, THEY LIE!!!
